• You may cancel or return your order within 30 days of receiving your items, no questions asked.

• Simply email us at mail@connsolecasa.com with a clear statement of your decision.

• Once we receive the returned goods, we’ll issue your refund within 30 days, using the same payment method you used for your order. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

• Items should be in their original packaging.

Please note, we cannot accept returns for:

• Personalized or custom‑made items.

• Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature (e.g., perishable items, expired products).

• Goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.

• Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

• If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
